Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team on‑site at our Eatontown, NJ location. This is a full‑time position focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting PriMed products, and driving sales growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting and recommending appropriate products, negotiating sales deals, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also monitor market trends to identify opportunities and provide feedback to the organization for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills required, with experience in driving revenue and achieving targets.
Effective communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills for managing accounts and multitasking daily tasks.
Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field beneficial.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track sales and customer engagement.
Self‑motivation, results‑driven approach, and ability to work independently on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
