HVAC Service Technician Opportunity! Ridge Air invites you to apply for the HVAC Service Technician role in Panama City. Join a dynamic, growing company dedicated to delivering top-notch electric services to residential customers. We are seeking self-motivated and positive individuals to become key HVAC Sales & Service team members. Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems Qualifications: 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory Sales and Customer Service Experience required Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable Physical dexterity Benefits: Birthday Pay Paid Holidays Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family healthy.
