About The Role The
Sales Support Specialist
plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position partners closely with the sales team, operations, and customer service to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness throughout the sales process.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and problem‑solving, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders
Develop sales presentations, proposals, and product documentation for prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales records in CRM systems
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Conduct market and account research to identify potential leads and growth opportunities
Assist with sales meetings, trade shows, and client events as needed
Provide professional, timely customer support and resolve routine issues efficiently
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or higher
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
Experience in B2B sales support, administrative coordination, or vendor management preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
