Our Assistant Branch Managers eagerly assist members and prospective members with consumer loans, run day-to-day branch operations and ensure members are promptly and professionally served. They will actively partner with the Branch Manager to support credit union strategic initiatives. Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

1120 South Main Street Brigham City, Utah 84302 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Generous Commission Schedule + Incentive Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships. Trains, motivates, and coaches branch staff on credit union policy, procedure and philosophy. Partner with Branch Manager to develop methods to track and measure branch goals and productivity. Partner with employees to create career path opportunities. Ensure policy and procedure are being followed and company standards are being met. Provide consistent member follow-up. Comply with all regulations as required by law. Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development. Experience, Education & Certification

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 1 – 2 years management experience Financial experience preferred
