Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 am - 10:30 am or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturday's. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Work at heights of up to 25 feet safe while operating equipment.
Work on your feet for extended periods, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
Perform any other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC / marijuana).

Handling commercial tires may require rolling, destacking, and team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. Work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
