Brighton Resort
The Brighton Ski Resort is seeking experienced snowcat operators to groom ski runs across more than 1,000 skiable acres for the 2025/26 season. With a base area of 8,750’ at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon, we average 500" of snow each season and offer terrain for all riding levels.
Responsibilities
Operate a snowcat and attachments safely.
Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain a clean cab.
Shovel snow as needed.
Complete shifts largely independently while communicating and working efficiently with teammates.
Qualifications
21+ years old.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
Knowledge of grooming equipment and standards (mandatory).
Passion for guest service and hospitality industry.
Initiative to complete tasks with and without direction.
Flexible availability during the ski season, including weekends and holidays.
3+ years of cat driving experience.
