Base pay range $16.50/hr - $19.00/hr
Location: The Kensington in Hastings, NE
Schedule: PRN open to caregivers or Med Aides. Weekend availability is ideal!

What You’ll Do
Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
Monitor residents’ well‑being and promptly report changes in condition.
Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care.
Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training!
