Job Description
Pay: $28.00 Per Hour
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm30-minute lunch) - Tuesday through Saturday.
Location: 10001 N Reems Rd, Waddell, AZ 85355

The Electrician/Maintenance Technician performs scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and repairs to varying types of equipment. This person will also complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and other equipment, systems, or structures. This role ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities. The technician will respond to spills and other emergency situations and perform necessary tasks as needed.
Essential Functions
Provides electrical installation/support such as addition of power drops and battery chargers.
Provide maintenance technician support such as restroom maintenance, lighting maintenance, etc.
Responsibilities
Provides engineering support for a wide range of systems.
Should be able to logically approach problem solving.
Organizes and manages the priorities for assigned responsibilities and accomplishes the work process with a high level of success.
Coordinates work with other operational groups to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, operational reliability and operational efficiency.
HVAC Systems (filters).
Electrical Equipment (lighting).
Repair/replacement of lamps, ballasts, and drivers.
Repair/replacement of restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures.
Work closely with landscaping/janitorial and assist when/where needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area(s).
Identify best practices regarding MT duties and discuss with supervisor regularly.
Maintain a clear line of written and verbal communication with the Assistant Facilities Manager.
Qualifications
2 plus years of electrical experience.
Engineering skill sets which can be applied to a range of systems.
Excellent verbal and technical writing skills needed.
