Summary/objective Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi-Cola Bottler founded in Birmingham, AL, more than 100 years ago. The Warehouse CO2 Filler Operator is a key member of the Corporate Warehouse team responsible for performing many CO2 functions in order to support the efficient operations of the warehouse. Essential functions

(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.) Properly follow all processes as outlined by the supervisor. Must acquire and maintain training and certification on powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, layer picker and electric pallet jacks. May use forklifts up to 50% of day in the performance of job duties. May be required to work varying shifts, weekends and/or overtime if needed to meet customer demand. Perform general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices and grounds. Assist Warehouse Forklift Operators as requested to meet customer demand. Must follow all safety guidelines as required by management. Must ensure all electronic equipment (voice pick headpieces, RF equipment etc.) are properly maintained and to immediately report any system issues to the applicable supervisor. CO2 Tanks: Replace broken parts on CO2 tanks. Unload empty CO2 tanks from trailers as needed. Fill CO2 tanks as needed - weighing up to 45 pounds. Pull out tanks that are due for Hydro-Testing. Operate Recycle Equipment: Load recycle bins into the recycle machine; keep plastic and cans separate and ensure no trash is mixed with product. Keep all floor areas in and outside plant area clean, utilizing broom and hoses; pick up trash from plant grounds. Food Safety: Follow Good Manufacturing Program GMPs as listed in CFR 21 section 110; participate in food safety trainings; report potential issues related to Food Safety. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Duties and Responsibilities

Must exhibit a high level of ethical conduct while at work or at off-site functions during work hours or after hours while representing Buffalo Rock Company. Responsible for continuous self-improvement through Buffalo Rock training; complete assigned training curriculum online or in-person. Ensure precautions to protect the Company from damages, theft, or liabilities; protect the safety of employees, customers, and property. Honor and follow through on all business commitments. Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Preferred Experience: None Certifications: Must be able to be Forklift certified through Buffalo Rock.
