Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
Process cash and credit card transactions
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service or food service experience (a plus)
