Customer Experience Rep
to join our team in our beautiful Downtown Los Angeles office.
The Role As our
Customer Experience Rep , you’ll be the voice of Baby Gold and a key player in creating positive interactions across all channels will handle day-to-day tasks including providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday) where you’ll work closely with our production, marketing, and fulfillment teams to deliver a seamless luxury experience from start to finish.
Experience in Customer Service and/or E-commerce experience is a must.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries (email, chat, phone, social DMs).
Lead and manage the customer service workflow to ensure timely, thoughtful responses.
Resolve issues with grace and professionalism, always aiming to go above and beyond.
Track and report on customer feedback to help us improve and grow.
Collaborate with internal teams on custom orders, repairs, and special requests.
Bring a positive, problem‑solving attitude to every interaction—internal and external.
Help build and refine customer support processes as we scale.
You Are
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Experienced in luxury, fashion, or e-commerce (jewelry experience a major plus!).
A confident communicator with good writing and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
Solution‑oriented, with a natural ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
Based in Los Angeles and excited to work in‑person, Monday through Friday.
