Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Full‑time, permanent, on‑site
Hourly pay $27.00–$30.00 per hour. Weekly schedule Monday‑Friday 6:00 am‑2:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs
Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
Aptitude to investigate and problem‑solve mechanical issues
Responsibilities
Complete routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment
Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors
Maintain inventory controls for cost‑effective operations
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance procedures
Ensure safety standards comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
Operate equipment as required and obtain necessary certifications
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
