Job Description This position is accountable for coordinating all inventory activities for the assigned department, facility, or clinical program. Responsibilities may include replenishment, picking, staging, delivery, put‑away, special orders, and substitutions. The role may also involve managing PAR levels, binning, cycle counts, bill‑only, and inventory relief activities, as well as overseeing coordination between suppliers and SCO Sourcing Specialists.
Schedule : Monday – Friday |
Hours : 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Note : No weekends or holidays.
Essentials
Perform inventory control on both stock and non‑stock items, setting par levels and adjusting to trends; keep supplies binned and organized.
Liaise with Field Logistics and clinical program staff.
Accountable for all ordering and delivery of supplies for the assigned department or clinical program using standard operating procedures, technology, and suppliers. May manage consignment or vendor‑managed inventory per SCO SOPs.
Ensure proper storage and delivery of temperature‑sensitive products in compliance with Intermountain guidelines.
Reconcile and manage inventory reports (negative on‑hand, exception, unconfirmed, put‑away reports, etc.) using appropriate reports and system tools.
Communicate supply status, new products, standardization, back‑orders, and product implementation to stakeholders or clinical program staff.
Adhere to cycle‑count and inventory relief SOPs; apply Supply Chain SOPs, reports, and tools.
