Smile Doctors . You will educate patients on treatment options, negotiate financial arrangements, and nurture strong relationships to keep our schedule full. Responsibilities
Present orthodontic treatment plans and address patient objections. Educate patients on payment options and collaborate with finance to tailor arrangements. Work pending reports, follow up with potential patients, and schedule treatment appointments. Prepare patients for exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed. Assist with local store marketing and community events to support practice growth. Your Special Skills
Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic. Proactive, adaptable, and excellent written and verbal communication. Prerequisites For Success
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred. Minimum one (1) year of sales or service industry experience. Bilingual a plus, but not required. Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain good working relationships with coworkers. Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people. The Perks
