Customer Service Representative – Full Time (Onsite)

As a Customer Service Representative you will delight callers, relieve their stress, and start the process to provide peace of mind.
This is a full‑time onsite position located in our Sarasota, FL office.
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Essential Functions
Answer or make customer calls to learn about and address their needs and schedule inspections or appointments with appropriate trades.
Answer calls from customers with complaints or other issues, and direct them to the appropriate team lead for resolution.
Respond efficiently and accurately, explain possible solutions, and ensure clients feel supported and valued.
Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse tension when needed.
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call‑center team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call‑center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Understand company products, services, and policies.
Participate in ongoing training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and the company's products and services.
Support other assignments such as ongoing CRM database maintenance responsibilities and DNS list maintenance.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Assist in other administrative duties as requested.
Skills and Competencies
Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
Accurate data‑entry and typing skills (typing speed of 45+ words per minute preferred).
Teamwork oriented to support team members.
Ability to multi‑task.
Adaptability and accountability.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Language proficiency.
Strong and accurate typing skills.
Military service a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay $18–$20, dependent on experience.
Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST with a one‑hour lunch.
Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
