Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Our cafes are upscale, friendly environments featuring baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. We pride ourselves on a grease‑free, alcohol‑free kitchen with a focus on artisan breads and quality soups, salads, and sandwiches. As a manager, you will help maintain this environment and lead a team that delivers excellent service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Negotiate overall business performance, including ordering, scheduling, labor management, marketing, facilities, bakery operations, and catering. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability. Create and implement plans for sustained profitability, managing budgets and controlling costs. Provide information flow between associates and management. Recruit, train, retain, and develop team members and managers. Coordinate daily operations during scheduled shifts. Ensure customer satisfaction through greeting and table visits. Coach and mentor associates via One‑on‑One sessions, performance documentation, and reviews. Prevent problems by anticipating and taking timely action. Serve as the primary resource for resolving associate questions. Maintain bakery‑cafe training and operations, ensuring personnel are competent in all aspects of food service and customer support. Comply with company guidelines, cultural values, and ethical business practices. Education and Experience

Minimum of 2‑3 years in Hospitality Management. A degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Hotel, or Restaurant Management is preferred. Food Management Certifications are a plus. Demonstrated “Run it Like You Own It” mentality. Perks for Our Employees
