Perform skilled maintenance work for vehicles, buildings, and grounds, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations and maintain overall property standards Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues, conducting preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment Monitor and approve maintenance purchases while collaborating with management on budgetary matters Supervise and direct day-to-day maintenance personnel and activities Qualifications
Two years of coursework from a technical or vocational school in construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electronics Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds Valid Driver’s License Ability to perform strenuous physical work and lift heavy objects Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications
