as an Admissions Coordinator! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity available Monday-Friday $22-$25 an hour Responsibilities for Admissions Coordinator:
Obtain the resident/guardian signature on all required permits, releases, and authorizations, etc. Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, facilities, and care options Maintain a current listing of all residents & assigned room numbers. Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and manage admissions paperwork Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies & procedures. Other duties as assigned Qualifications for Admissions Coordinator:
Minimum 2+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting. Previous health care community relations experience. Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
