What You Need
2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
Weekend days required but includes your selection of any 2 weekdays off
Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years; you must be 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for three years to operate a company vehicle and obtain company insurance
Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
Experience with variable speed units, replacing parts such as capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
EPA Certification, Licensing preferred
Schedule Weekend days required; select any 2 weekdays off.
