Job Summary
This role supports the project site team by providing on‑site administrative, logistical, and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll coordinate material handling, tool tracking, documentation, and reporting that directly impacts site efficiency, safety, and production tracking. Success in this role means maintaining organization, accountability, and accurate reporting across materials, tools, and crew progress, while upholding KE’s commitment to safety and performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and accept all material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper offloading, storage, and accountability. Coordinate material handling and report shortages or discrepancies to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team. Work with crews and foremen to identify tool needs, escalating non‑standard requests as needed. Populate Traqspera timecards using appropriate phase codes. Prepare and submit daily logs in Procore, including progress updates, quality checks, and required photos. Support implementation of safety and quality measures under direction of the Site Superintendent and PM team.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of electrical construction. A valid driver’s license. Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) within regional states, including overnight stays for extended periods as required.
Pay Range
$25 – $35 per hour plus per diem and incentive opportunities.
