Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Journeyman Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team in Hellertown, PA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, installing new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, troubleshooting system issues, working with EPA regulations, and ensuring proper handling of refrigerants. The technician will collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service to meet clients' heating and cooling needs.
Qualifications
5 years of experience working with HVAC systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying and resolving HVAC system issues.
Knowledge of plumbing and electricity for effective integration and repair of HVAC systems.
Experience performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and system longevity.
EPA certification for proper handling and disposal of refrigerants according to safety and environmental standards.
Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work on-site and manage physical tasks related to HVAC installation and repair.
Additional certifications or experience in related trades such as advanced HVAC training or boiler systems is a plus.
