Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q – Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Hourly | $22–$28/hr (based on experience)
What You’ll Do: Handle all aspects of facility maintenance – from preventive upkeep to on-the-spot repairs for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, welding, and general building needs.
Plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions that minimize downtime.
Perform work in-house — we rarely rely on outside vendors unless absolutely necessary.
Support kitchen, dining, and building systems to ensure our restaurants are safe, efficient, and welcoming.
Help us maintain a budget while also spotting and recommending improvements for efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.
What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and welding preferred.
Prior restaurant maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
A self-starter who can plan, problem-solve, and execute without constant oversight.
Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and keeping things running smoothly.
