Prior experience as a Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation A customer‑first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties Must be available on call after hours Moisture Mapper and Dash experience preferred IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration preferred Schedule
Monday to Friday Weekends on call every three weeks This role requires occasional travel. Certain projects may involve extended stays at job sites Further Info
