Risk/Position Monitoring and Trade Execution: Monitor trading positions and risks for accuracy throughout the day; coordinate lifecycle events with designated Sales/Trading Desks to ensure deals are properly reflected in Risk; contribute daily P&L estimates, produce risk explanations, and investigate discrepancies with Official P&L produced by Middle Office. Analytical and Operational Support to PCM Trading Desks: Book, process and validate trades in Front Office booking systems as deals are executed so that the Bank’s risk/position is updated real-time and applicable regulatory obligations (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FINRA, etc.) are met; resolve internal queries from the Trading desk or Partner Functions on client transactions; support Post Trade Processes (Corp Actions, Succession Events, Option Expiries); maintain documentation of Front Office processes; follow up with relevant departments to ensure post-trade processing (trade confirmations, Risk/P&L, clearing/settlements) is completed and issues are resolved. Process & Client Services Improvements: Make recommendations for process improvements, work with business analysts on projects affecting the desk and Front Office Support processes; develop solutions with stakeholders to resolve recurring issues and improve customer service; improve PCM IT framework by reporting issues/bugs and proposing IT enhancements to increase scalability and resilience. Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or foreign education equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. Minimum of two years of experience in a Front or Middle Office Trade Support role within Global Markets. Experience and knowledge to cover clients and execute/price deals with clients. Experience in developing and growing revenues with small client accounts. Demonstrated knowledge in US PCM Markets and its industry infrastructure. Strong expertise in trade booking, validation, market lifecycle events, settlement and confirmation processes for PCM products (including Corporate Bonds, CDS, Index, and Structured Trades). Working understanding of applicable regulations (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, FINRA, FATCA). Demonstrated expertise using Excel and VBA to automate Front Office processes. Good knowledge of system architecture (front to back workflow, pricers and risk management systems) for PCM products. Demonstrated commercial and collaborative attitude; excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including client communication; analytical mindset and problem solving; strong multi-tasking capability; ability to work well under pressure.
