Job Description Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity.
Responsibilities
Provide receptionist and secretarial services and maintain par level of supplies and equipment within the department.
Assist in the efficient operation of the unit and interact with patients, staff and physicians cooperatively.
Requisition supplies, equipment and services from other departments.
Support efficient operation of the department.
Participate in and support the unit governing council.
Perform additional assignments as needed when workload requires.
Position Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent; experience as a unit secretary preferred but not required.
CPR certification.
Successful completion of a medical terminology class preferred.
Must be tactful and diplomatic at all times.
Willing to accept responsibility and follow instructions.
