Pay and Incentive
Hourly range:
$14.25–$15.00.
Incentive pay:
based on performance.
Role Overview Customer Accounts Advisor
coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewal, ensure satisfaction, build relationships over phone and face‑to‑face.
Key Success Skills
Connect and relate well, demonstrate empathy, listen attentively, explain simply.
Navigate difficult conversations.
Strong multi‑tasking, organization, negotiation and persuasion.
Responsibilities
Maintain customer accounts, document payment appointments.
Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements (home visits and phone).
Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
Safely operate company vehicle.
Assist the Sales Team as needed.
Any reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
United States, 21+ years, valid state driver’s license, compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, satisfactory MVR. Canada, 18+ years.
Must meet DOT requirements for required states.
Work schedule 8 am–9 pm.
Lift up to 50 lbs without help, up to 300 lbs with dolly.
Two years retail/customer service experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High energy, multitasking effectively.
Proper telephone etiquette.

Proficient computer skills.
