CommQuest seeks a part-time Midnight Security & Facility Support Specialist for our Family Living Center located in Massillon, OH. The Security & Facility Support Specialists are responsible for ensuring the safety of CommQuest personnel, clients, premises, and assets. They maintain a visible and professional presence to deter and prevent inappropriate or illegal activity. Security team members are expected to uphold a respectful and dignified approach when interacting with staff and clients, while promoting a safe and secure environment. Their primary duties include detecting, deterring, observing, preventing, and reporting any concerning or criminal behavior.

Midnights Part-Time 2-3 days/week

What you'll do:

Patrol the facility and perimeter regularly

Practice non-violence crisis interventions as situations arise

Monitor and control access to facility

Sort and organize donations

Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule: The work schedule is Part-Time between the hours of 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with rotational weekend coverage, including holidays. Must have availability to accommodate additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

Knowledge of public security, security protocols and procedures, and/or law enforcement experience, highly preferred.

Ability to work with diverse populations such as mental health and substance abuse, highly preferred.
