Credit Union Call Center Representative

Overview Credit Union Call Center Representative role at Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. We have an exciting opportunity in our Call Center. The position focuses on assisting members by phone with a wide range of banking transactions, providing online banking support, and handling administrative tasks. What You Will Do Assist members on the phone and answer questions within a wide variety of banking transactions. Provide online banking support and perform administrative tasks as needed. Progression and compensation are designed to advance based on on‑the‑job training and structured increases. Employment Details Location: HRCCU Operations Center in Corinth, NY. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:15am to 5pm, with a Saturday shift 9am-1pm rotation. Full time, benefited, 40 hours per week. Pay rate: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. Financial services or credit card call center experience preferred. Education: A high school diploma or GED.
