About the Role Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and assisting customers who may require an appointment, processing medication prior authorizations, outbound referrals, and handling general clerical and administrative duties. Other duties include handling incoming e‑fax from external customers received by phone, email, or fax and scanning applicable documents into patients’ electronic health record.
Qualifications
18 years or older
High school graduation or GED
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashion
Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Current BLS certification
COVID‑19 vaccination or qualified exemption (religious or medical)
TB screening record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest X‑ray as applicable upon hire
Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
Compensation Level I (entry to 1 year) $18.50/hour Level II (1‑3 years) $18.50‑$20.00/hour Level III (3+ years) $20.00‑$21.50/hour
