Overview
ProspectBlue is looking for an experienced Client Services Associate to support daily operations and client service activities for a respected wealth management firm in Richmond, VA. The candidate should have strong organizational skills and hold or be able to obtain a Series 66 license, and be eager to grow within a professional and client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as first point‑of‑contact with visiting clients, answer client calls, and create a positive first impression.
Assist financial advisors with scheduling, document preparation, and client follow‑ups.
Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations, using databases such as Redtail, Orion, Schwab, and others.
Support account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (e.g., cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH processing).
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members, participate in new client meetings, and guide clients through paperwork.
Manage and order office supplies and maintain vendor relationships to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
Series 66 required
(or ability to obtain quickly upon new hire).
Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 2+ years).
Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
