New Construction Technician

Job Summary:
Install state‑of‑the‑art home security solutions for residential customers. Earn performance‑based income while providing valuable service and offering additional products to customers.
What You’ll Do
Install and repair electrical wiring for low‑voltage systems, including alarm, security, fiber optic, and Cat 5 cabling.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine installation locations and methods.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in low‑voltage systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of wiring and electronic systems, with attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills, familiarity with electrical building codes, and proficiency in using power tools.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
Strong sales skills, with an emphasis on upselling and closing techniques.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends.
