Lab Technician – Third Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:30pm-10pm) Full‑time positions needed with a $2.00 shift differential.
As a Lab Technician, you will have the opportunity to train in multiple areas that fit your skill set. Potential duties include:
Become a machine operator and operate state‑of‑the‑art CNC machinery.
Receive incoming frames and orders to start our manufacturing process.
Ship lenses and frames to multiple locations across the United States.
Operate state‑of‑the‑art equipment in thin‑film coating processes.
Assemble multiple types of frames using hand tools.
Learn multiple processes for different lens types and manufacturers.
Learn quality control processes.
Work safely and quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Acquire job skills that last a lifetime and cross‑train in additional areas around the lab.
Benefits
Pay based on experience plus up to $2 shift differential for third shift.
3 weeks of paid time off per year, increasing with tenure.

Qualifications

Attention to detail, accuracy, repetition, and fine motor skills.
Able to stand most of the shift and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Capable of frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Additional Information Immediate Lab Technician openings for full‑time roles. Overtime opportunities available in most departments.
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:30pm‑10pm.
