Overview
Maintenance Technician at National Car Rental, located at 1805 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Pay starts at $17.50/hour for a 40‑hour workweek. Work schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday off.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
Execute preventive maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) per manufacturer specifications.
Repair and replace tires and wearable parts such as bulbs and wipers.
Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) accurately.
Adhere to part and inventory tracking procedures.
Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services.
Process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy‑back activities as needed.
Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with uniform and equipment standards.
Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions within the past three years (DUI/DWI).
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Must complete a pre‑employment drug test and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
