CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE‑traded company (NYSE: HEI), is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising Team Members, meeting production schedules, and maintaining quality for the assigned areas per CSI requirements. 2nd Shift Schedule is 5:00 pm – 3:30 am.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Identify, develop and implement weekly forecasts to meet production, quality and safety objectives.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with site departments to bridge communication between upper management and their team, relay important information, and communicate policy or procedural changes.
Monitor and adjust workflow schedule to respond to internal production requirements including on‑time delivery, cost of poor quality and process improvements, balancing workloads while addressing any changes or requests from team members.
Enforce company policies of conduct and safety while initiating disciplinary action when necessary.
Manage overall talent management of the production team, including interviewing, hiring, staffing levels, and ongoing training of Team Members; plan, assign work, and direct daily work priorities; appraise annual performance reviews; set goal objectives with an emphasis on a rewarding culture; address complaints and resolve problems.
Manage team attendance and performance issues through problem identification and successful mediation of disputes.
Perform continuous process improvement activities aimed at improving safety, efficiency, quality and costs with measurable results.
Perform other related duties as required.
