Production Technician
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Schedule: 8/6 rotation (rotating between 2 hitches nights and 2 hitches days)
Man Camp: Yes
Truck: Provided by company
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years as a Production Technician or Lease Operator
Required Skills
Gas Lift Expertise (primary method; rod pump experience not required)
Strong knowledge of compressor operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Additional Requirements
Must be comfortable with rotating shifts (nights and days)
Looking for someone enthusiastic, team-oriented, and easy to work with
Notes
