Job Summary

Work as a multi-functional team member to build a shelled pattern using Product Criteria and Robots. You will also be required to clean the work area and Robot cell area, including sweeping and mopping the floor.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).

Function as a member of a team and work under general supervision.

Work in a fast‑paced environment.

Possess basic computer knowledge.

Maintain expected quality levels.

Assemble a hanger of molds.

Enter and retrieve data in the computer system.

Job Responsibilities and Duties (may include, but are not limited to) Auto‑line Load

Load patterns onto the line using a lightweight manipulator.

Enter necessary data into the computer.

Apply latex spray when necessary.

Maintain the auto‑line materials.

Assist in other areas as needed.

Robot 7

Load patterns.

Enter necessary data into the computer.

Apply latex spray when necessary.

Maintain the Robot 7 materials.

Core‑fill or hand‑dip as needed.

Maintain Primary cabana organization.

Robot 8

Pull molds from the Primary cabana to load.

Enter necessary data into the computer.

Maintain the Robot 8 materials.

Apply bracing as needed.

Maintain Back‑up cabana organization.

Collar Grind

Unload molds.

Retrieve necessary data from the computer.

Carefully remove gaskets.

Maintain the wheelabrator.

Work overtime as needed.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalency is required.

WORKKEYS Tests are required. Testing will be conducted at the La Porte WorkOne office and must include Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, Workplace Documents, and Workplace Observation. Candidates must score Level 4 or higher on Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents, and Level 2 or higher on Workplace Observation.

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Access to export‑controlled items is required. Employment offers are conditioned upon lawful access.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of full‑time continuous work experience with the same employer, or 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Physical Demands

Occasional bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling when retrieving and moving items.

Lifting intermittently. Assistance for weights over 35 pounds.

Manual dexterity required for more than eight hours per day, more than five days per week.

Squatting/crouching when retrieving stored items from lower shelves and cabinets, performing inspections, etc.

Standing approximately 80% of the shift.

Clean work areas and perform 5S cleaning activities as required.
