Job Description Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of Door staff include the following:
Greet guests in a timely manner with a positive attitude
Confirm every patron meets the legal drinking age before entering facility
Communicate with upper management concerning any dispute or conflict
Requirements All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
