The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day stock control tasks to support the needs of all Sentara hospitals. The Inventory Control Specialist works as part of the Stock Control Team to ensure all hospitals have adequate stock on‑hand to meet demand while also meeting Sentara's expectation of providing an excellent patient experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Certification/Licensure No specific certification or licensure requirements.
Experience 3 years Purchasing/Buyer experience preferred. Supply Chain Healthcare experience highly desired.
