Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician - JLL
The HVAC Service Technician operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy. Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy‑efficient, safe manner and downtime is reduced to a minimum by anticipating necessary repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
Day‑to‑day tasks:
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.
Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
Respond effectively to all emergencies.
Prepare and submit summary reports listing conditions found and recommend actions to be taken.
Study and become familiar with equipment such as building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building‑related equipment.
Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas, recognize danger and safety hazards, and propose methods to eliminate them.
Maintain compliance with State, County, or City ordinances, codes, or laws.
Be willing and able to support after‑hours building‑related activities as required.
Attend periodic training seminars.
Other assigned operational tasks as may be expected of the Mobile Engineer role.
Required Qualifications:
Valid state driver’s license.
Universal CFC recovery certification.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair and maintenance, and overall system design and application.
Tools required to perform assigned work scope will be provided.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
On‑call duties and overtime as required.
Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process.

Work Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm (with on‑call availability)
Salary / Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year
