Hourly Rate of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour - $1000 Sign-On Bonus paid out after 90 Days. There is also a monthly car allowance provided.

Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for all of our resorts in the Charlotte area. Potential to be brought on or promoted to a Lead position, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
Two to Four years of related experience
Must have own vehicle
Must have Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
Must pass a background check
Must maintain personal automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage limits as outlined in Company's Employee Driver Policy
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school
