Main Job Description/Duties:
Support the centralized phone line team by managing and distributing all inbound calls for all Texas locations.
Provide assistance to families when centralized team members are unavailable, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Manage scheduling needs for families, including but not limited to processing appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests
