The Role You’ll engage with homeowners who are already interested in enhancing their homes through a trusted West Coast brand. These are warm leads—you’ll showcase our exceptional service, build rapport, and secure their appointment with confidence.
Average yearly salary $60K - $90K per year [No cap on earning potential!] Note:
$25/hr during TRAINING; $22/hr + COMMISSIONS

Work Schedule This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Schedules change based on job performance: revenue, efficiency, and the number of calls handled, You may earn the privilege to work remotely after 90 days. After training, the shift to start is

Sunday
with two weekdays off in a row. The Support Call Center in Woodinville, WA is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
What this position needs
2 + years of previous Customer Service skills (phone or in-person)
SALES experience is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy helping others - customers and your fellow team members [It's a friendly environment around here!]
High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment. [Heading into a busy season...]
Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases [We use ServiceTitan]
Must have the ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data [You'll be taking notes for the customer files]
Excellent attendance is mandatory.
Schedules are based on job performance!
