This nationally recognised organisation provides a catalogue of care services to patients nationwide, with this particular role focusing on providing chemotherapy treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home. Duties
Work hours of Mon – Fri / 8:30am – 5:30pm Oversee a caseload of approximately 2 to 3 patients per day providing excellent standards of education and clinical care Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, offering quality nursing that is tailored to the patients' needs Ensure all clinical data is documented and adverse drug events reported via the correct protocol Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery Criteria to apply
Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin, along with a Have a full UK driving license. Hold a current SACT passport and Be competent in the administration of cytotoxic drugs, cannulation, and clinical assessments.
