Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.
Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Install, relocate, and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of PLC logic and control systems for diagnosing equipment faults.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management.
Machining skills (lathe, mill) for part fabrication or repair.
