Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize schematics, diagrams, and manuals to resolve equipment malfunctions.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately in the CMMS.
Adhere to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper use of PPE.
Identify and order necessary spare parts and components to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Understanding of safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certifications in specific technical areas (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
