Overview
Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team, Beverage Service Group, in our corporate office in St. Louis, MO. The CSR will provide outstanding, enthusiastic service by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Receive customer requests, create orders, and process in the order processing system
Serve as liaison between customers, Regional Sales, Operations and Manufacturing thereby providing professional account management
Establish on-going rapport with existing customers (internal and external)
Investigate and trouble-shoot customer service issues by involving the appropriate internal customers
Maintain high level of product knowledge and product application using various resources and training tools
Demonstrate a positive, collaborative approach to meet customers' needs
Update customer orders as information changes (buyer’s name, email address, Ship To, ETC)
Comply with HR policies and procedures
Comply with relevant employment laws
Requirements
Two (2) plus years' experience in a customer service /inside sales environment
Excellent communication skills: telephone, email, writing, and listening
High school diploma or GED required
Accurate data entry skills
Strong PC, word processing and spreadsheet skills
Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
High level of integrity and work ethic
Ability to work individually and as part of the team
