As a
Night Care Assistant , you’ll provide one-to-one support to a resilient gentleman in his own home in High Littleton. Through your care and presence, you’ll ensure he feels safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night. This is a role where your calmness, attentiveness, and compassion can make the quiet hours truly meaningful.
What You’ll Do
Every night is different, but your kindness makes all the difference. You’ll:
Provide personal care and gentle repositioning to support comfort and prevent pressure sores Respond to non-verbal communication using facial expressions, vocalisations, and eye pointing Monitor for seizure activity and respond confidently following the care plan Support PEG/jejunostomy feeding and observe for any changes at the site Conduct wellbeing and safety checks throughout the night Keep accurate records to ensure smooth and detailed handovers 06th January, 2026
