Seeking a client-facing Client Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for bookkeeping clients. This role functions as a customer service partner to the bookkeeping team while owning all client calls, meetings, and communication, while

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned bookkeeping clients
Lead all client calls and meetings, answering questions related to bookkeeping activity and financial processes
Translate bookkeeping and accounting information into clear, client‑friendly explanations
Collaborate closely with internal bookkeeping staff to stay aligned on client accounts and updates
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience
Qualifications
Required: Background in bookkeeping, accounting, billing, or a related financial role
Strong client-facing or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
