This role is vital to Living Mas within the Taco Bell team and requires a strong leader capable of motivating and leading a dynamic team.
You will be responsible for leading the restaurant’s operations and ensuring every customer has a phenomenal experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations while promoting a positive atmosphere.
Motivate, coach, and correct team members to deliver the best service and products, embodying the Live Mas spirit.
Ensure each guest leaves satisfied and excited to return.
Maintain organizational and time‑management standards to meet business objectives.
