270339Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**As the Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the banquet service team to ensure seamless execution of events, including training staff on service standards, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and professional work environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. With your warm hospitality and commitment to exceptional service, you will craft personalized experiences for our guests, leaving them with WOW moments and lasting memories that will extend far beyond their stay.
